Reach out to our team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm the eligibility of your items.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile Kentucky-made goods are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and attach the provided shipping label or address the package to our Louisville warehouse.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
